Shipping of your parts or stove will be done either by USPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or Common Carrier. Free shipping only applies to customers inside the lower 48 states of the USA and may not be available in all rural areas. Shipping outside of the lower 48 states also includes Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and any other location not defined as a lower 48 state. Note that shipments to locations outside of the USA could incur additional fees and longer shipment times due to customs or other processes beyond our control.

Other requested shipping options are subject to additional fees and charges that must be paid by the requesting customer.
