hello,

Living near millcity ore. during this last snow storm the power went out and since then we can get it running again? the auger light on the panel light's up but no action. even with a fire going in the pellet stove to assume the saftey features are engaged? did replace a fuse that someone had installed for a black box/ circut board. fuse was blown. now it won't do anything still??

stove: Whitfield
Quest pellet stove

any help would be nice. wondering what to do??

thanks tim,

Oh, Is there any way to test auger to make it run direct?

It sounds like you have a electrial problem with the wiring or the control board, (electrical spike would have caused this) you will need a volt meter to test power to the board and from there to all componets of the stove. if your not able to do this your self we have a service tech that services your area you can reach him at 1-800-820-3203 his name is Scott (Clean Sweep Chimney & Stove Service)
