First thing I would do is to check with my volt meter to see if I was getting 108 to 120 volts to the fan if I am and fan does not operate replace fan, if not back track to either a fan switch or the control board you many need to bypass the fan switch to see if thats the problem be sure to clean all connections at the board and to the fan that may be your problem.
