If you have the stove on a thermostat (on/off settings) it is quite possible that the air slide control is allowing to much air causing the fire to go out if it is not allowing enough air then the pellets will snuff out the fire. Also we always mention to customers try at least 3 different brands of pellets to see what burns in your stove the best. If you are operating the stove manually your air to fuel ratio is not set correctly.
